A Woman's BIBLE to exercise!

Fellow workout junkies, or those wanting to START...this book is FANTASTIC! It's like a BIBLE of exercise for women. Photos, step by step instructions, workout plans, nutrition info. I can't say enough about it.

I am in a rut and need a workout "plan". This has so many exercises that I've never even done! It's given me a renewed excitement as I begin the planned bikini workout.

There are exercises using body weight, bands, balls, free weights, gym equipment. Literally anyone can utilize it. Aside from the multitude of planned workouts it's literally so full of invaluable info. I love everything about it.

I'm a beginner, Loved it

This is great for both beginners and experts. I've never lifted before and I wanted to get started. This book has pre-set workouts for you, or you can modify your own. I've done both and found great results. I was SORE after my first work out and I haven't stopped since. Great way to get into lifting weights for ladies who don't want to bulk up. Just great for toning and getting lean muscles.

Also, there are diet tips as well for working out. I found those quite helpful.

This is a very comprehensive reference that details workouts for various muscles. Each chapter is divided by muscles and contains a variety of workouts for the muscle groups. The chapter on shoulders illustrates, with directions, many exercises that can be done using different methods to work the shoulders. The exercises can be done at home or in a gym. Before I head to the gym or if I choose to exercise at home, I use the book to help me plan my workouts.
