Looks like good pizza

This is a nice little cookbook. I thought the book would be kind of, well, *skinny,* but there are a *lot* of pizza recipes in here. Many traditional Italian ones, including a nice recipe for a red sauce, as well as many recipes for white pizzas (no red sauce) and lots of non-traditional recipes like Thai Pizza and Mango Salsa Pizza. (That one looks *really* good. Yum!)
There are several hyper-linked indexes (Main, Red Pizza, White Pizza, Grilled Pizza,) which makes navigating around the ebook much easier.

Good Recipes

I've only made one recipe so far, the cornmeal pizza crust, and it came out really good. One caveat however, the calorie information listed is COMPLETELY off. If you add up the actual calories in the ingredients and then divide by the serving size you get a different number than what is listed. For the cornmeal pizza crust, you get closer to 57 calories per serving (24 servings), almost twice the 33 calories that is listed. Other than that, the recipes seem good. The pizza crust cooks really nicely and ends up very crispy and sturdy to hold up the toppings (even though it's very thin). I look forward to making the other pizza crust recipes once I've used up all the cornmeal dough that I made. Also, I had divided up the dough and froze most of it. I have not had any trouble defrosting and using the dough as need, which is GREAT since I didn't know what to do with all that dough otherwise! So, the recipes are good, just don't rely on the calorie information.

The comprehensive guide to making every kind of pizza in a more healthy and delicious way. Great!
